What can a CapCom do?
CapCom sites in action
The apps below demonstrate just a few ways a CapCom can be used. They only scratch the surface of what’s possible — and each was built in a remarkably short development time. Every example is inspired by a real-world solution.

On site schedule
This example shows how a CapCom can be used to manage an onsite schedule. No more scrolling back and forth through a spreadsheet. Filters are easy to apply , and it works on desktop and mobile.
Breakout Room Management
This example is based on a live app we produced for a large exhibition in Amsterdam. It allowed room managers to report issues from one of several breakout rooms - and an overview dashboard showing the status of all breakout rooms at a glance.
Museum Object List
This is based on the CapCom currently in use for a high profile touring BBC Exhibition. It provides a centralised object list, with the facility for gallery staff to write condition reports for each object, print inventories for insurance purposes, carnet information, shipping manifests and many more uses.
Graphic Schedule
Using a spreadsheet to manage a long list of artwork, with different colours for status, is prone to errors. This example shows how a CapCom could be used to manage the artwork process from start to finish. Designers can filter easily to show just artwork they need to work on, with deadlines. Graphic Producers can comment and prioritise. A much leaner, cleaner and far more efficient way of managing this critical process.
